Ingredients: 2 cans cream of chicken soup; 2 small pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 (24 oz.) pkg.; 6 c. chicken, cooked and diced; 1 c. milk; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 1 c. mayonnaise; 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese; 1 c. corn flake crumbs; 2 tsp. oleo; 1/2 tsp. curry powder

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 small pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 (24 oz.) pkg.
6 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn flake crumbs
2 tsp. oleo
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Butter a 13 x 9-inch pan.

Cook broccoli and any other vegetables you want to use.

Arrange on bottom of cooking pan; put chicken on top of broccoli.

Mix together soup, milk, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder and pour over vegetables and chicken. Put cheese on top of soup mixture.

Melt oleo and mix with corn flake crumbs; sprinkle on top.

Bake in a 350u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.

(You can use other vegetables, but cut down on chicken and have vegetables cover bottom of pan.)
