Broccoli Cheese Squares Recipe

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 9 x 13 in.

   baking dish with butter.

   Steam broccoli about 3 min, cook and press dry.

   Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk.

   Thoroughly mix flour, baking pwdr, salt and stir into egg and lowfat milk mix, mixing well.

   Mix in broccoli, cheese and onion, spoon into baking dish, sprinkle on seasoned salt.

   Bake about 35 min or possibly till set.

   Let set 5 min before cutting into squares.

   This can be made ahead and frzn.
