1/4 cup Butter
1/2 cup Medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup Flour
2 cup Half & Half
2 cup Chicken broth
1 lb Fresh Broccoli
1 cup Baby carrots, chopped
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 Salt & Pepper to taste
8 oz Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute onion in butter over medium heat

Add flour, stir constantly for 3-5 minutes
