Broccoli Casserole

   Cook broccoli according to package directions, just until broccoli separates with a fork.

   Drain most of the water off and return to burner.

   Reduce heat and add undiluted soup.

   Stir until mixture is fully blended.

   Mix in cheese and simmer for a few minutes.

   Put in glass casserole and cook in microwave for 5 minutes with lid on and for 5 minutes with lid off.

   (This can be baked in conventional oven at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes instead of microwave.) Sprinkle with French fried onions if preferred.
