Broccoli Casserole

   Boil broccoli in small pan with about an inch of water.

   Mix the first 4 ingredients with slices of cheese added.

   Put broccoli in bottom of dish and pour 1/2 of mixture over it.

   Cover this layer with slices of cheese.

   Pour remaining mixture over the cheese layer and top with crumbled crackers.

   Dot butter in several places on the cracker layer.

   Cook about 30 minutes at 350u00b0.
