1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. margarine

1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 to 1 c. grated cheese

Defrost the broccoli on paper towel at High power for 2 minutes or until spears can be separated; set aside in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
