   Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

   Line the unbaked pie shell with a double thickness of foil.

   Bake for 8 min.

   Remove foil.

   Bake till golden brown

   (4-6 min more).

   Set aside.

   Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees.

   Cook the sausage and mushrooms in a large skillet till the sausage is brown

    (about 5 min).

    Stir the Large eggs, condensed soup, onion and pepper together in a medium bowl.

    Stir in the sausage mix, broccoli, and 3/4 of the cheese.

    Pour the mix into the pie shell.

    Bake till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean (40-45 min).

    Sprinkle the remaining cheese over.
