Broccoli And Rice

   While rice is cooking, put broccoli in pan with oleo.

   Set to simmer.

   When rice is done, measure four cups.

   Put Cheez Whiz in rice, then stir in cream of chicken soup and sour cream.

   Mix well and put into baking dish.

   Spoon mixture over broccoli and with fork, gently fold in (not too much mixing).

   Bake until heated through and bubbly.

   No salt is needed.

   French fried onion rings can be added to top of dish before baking.
