Ingredients: 1 pkt Frzn broccoli, thawed; 3/4 c. Flour; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1 tsp Salt; 3/4 c. Lowfat milk; 1 x Egg; 1 can Cream of chicken soup; 2 c. Cooked chicken, cubed; 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Place broccoli in the bottom of a greased 2 qt baking dish.

Mix the dry ingredients together and then fold in the lowfat milk, egg, and soup.

Mix well with a whisk.

Pour this mix over the broccoli in the dish and add in the chicken and the cheese.
