Broccoli And Cheese Soup Recipe

   In a sauce pan add in the chicken broth and 1 can of water.

   Add in the vegetables and rice.

   Bring to a boil and simmer till rice is tender and liquid has reduced by at least half.

   Add in the cheese and lowfat milk and stir till well-blended and Worcestershire sauce.

   The soup should be thick and not need any thickening.

   It is good served with Italian or possibly any kind of coarse bread, and fruit salad.

   You can substitute other vegetables such as cauliflower.
