Broccoli and Cheese Soup

   Spray pot with non stick cooking spray.

   Saute onion in small amount of broth until tender.

   Add remaining broth and broccoli to pot.

   Bring to boil over medium-high heat.

   Reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes until broccoli is done.

   Add evaporated milk to broccoli mixture.

   Mix non-fat milk with cornstarch in small bowl.

   Add to broccoli mixture.

   Cook on low for 5 minutes.

    Add cheese.

    Stir until melted.
