Broccoli and Bacon Cheese Bake

   Break the broccoli into small clumps and boil with salt.

   Cut bacon into 2 cm wide strips.

   Put olive oil in a heated frying pan (you can add garlic if you like), then cook the bacon.

   Stir fry the broccoli and sprinkle salt and pepper.

   Pour into a heat proof dish and top with pizza cheese (such as mozzarella).

   You can also sprinkle on grated hard or semi-hard cheese.

   Grill for 4-5 minutes then it is ready to eat.
