Bro. Kevin'S Grilled Cheese Sandwich

   Heat skillet to medium-high, then add butter and stir with spatula.

   When butter is almost gone, add bread with cheese in the middle.

   Slide around to soak up butter and keep from sticking. Cook on that side until golden brown, then take up sandwich.

   Add another teaspoon of butter for other side.

   Then repeat process. Some people like to squish the sandwich flat when done.

   Then serve with dill pickles and eat while it is still warm.
