Ingredients: Serving Size: 4; 1 1/2 lb grnd beef; 1 c. carrot -- diced; 1/2 c. onion -- diced; 1 c. corn; 2 x cloves garlic -- crushed; 1 c. beef stock; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 tsp pepper; 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce; 2 Tbsp. steak sauce; 1/2 c. gravy, dry mix, brown; 2 lb potato -- mashed; 1 c. water

1 1/2 lb grnd beef
1 c. carrot -- diced
1/2 c. onion -- diced
1 c. corn
2 x cloves garlic -- crushed
1 c. beef stock
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. steak sauce
1/2 c. gravy, dry mix, brown
2 lb potato -- mashed
1 c. water

Brown grnd beef with onions.

In a skillet on medium high heat Add in garlic, beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce and vegetables.

Finish cooking.

Add in Salt and Pepper to taste.

Cook potatoes in water with a dash of salt, mash cooked potatoes and set aside.

Pour the dry gravy mix into bowl & mix with 1 c. of cool water.

Mix gravy mix back into pan containing beef and vegetables, stirring continuously until thickened.

Pour mix into a baking dish and allow to cold.

When cold, spoon mashed potato over mix, bake in Oven until golden approx.

20-25 min at 350 degrees.

Serving Ideas: Serve with Peas and crusty bread, you can also finish this off by topping with Grated cheddar cheese and sliced tomatoes

NOTES: Heat the pie slowly in the oven at 300degrees till mashed topping browns, you can also add in some grated cheddar to the top.
