Brie en Croute

   ROLL out pastry to a 10-inch (23 cm) square on lightly floured surface.

   Place cheese in centre.

   BRING pastry up around sides and over cheese; twist into a knot.

   Refrigerate 10 minutes.

   Brush with egg.

   BAKE at 400F (200C) for 30 minutes or until pastry is lightly browned.

   Cool slightly and serve.

   IF desired, wrap cheese and freeze for up to 1 month.

   Microwave from frozen on HIGH power for 4 minutes.
