1 stick butter, softened
1 c. + minced pecans
2 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. Cold Whip
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
4 c. lowfat milk
Cold Whip

Mix together flour, butter and pecans.

Place in square cake pan.

Press into thin layer on bottom of pan.

Bake 30 min at 350 degrees (or possibly till a light golden).
