   Melt butter in a large skillet.

   Add chicken and brown on both sides.

   Remove chicken and set aside.

   To butter in skillet, add the mushrooms and brown.

   To the mushrooms, add soup, garlic, rosemary, thyme and salt and pepper to taste.

   Stir and mix well, then add the browned chicken.

   Cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes.

   (Stir occasionally to keep from sticking.)

   Add cream and blend.

    Heat for a couple of minutes, but do not boil.

    Serve with rice and garnish with slivered almonds.
