Ingredients: 1/2 c. all-purpose flour; 1 tsp New Mexico red chile pwdr; 1 tsp freshly grnd black pepper; 4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts, 4-6 ounce. each; 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided use; 1/4 c. water; 1 med yellow onion, minced; 3 x cloves garlic, minced; 1 c. chicken stock; 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon; 1/2 tsp grnd allspice; 1/2 tsp salt; 1 lrg ancho chile, stemmed; 1 c. toasted pumpkin seeds, see note

4 x boneless skinless chicken breasts, 4-6 ounce. each

1 med yellow onion, minced
3 x cloves garlic, minced
1 c. chicken stock
1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
1/2 tsp grnd allspice
1/2 tsp salt
1 lrg ancho chile, stemmed
1 c. toasted pumpkin seeds, see note
