Breast Of Chicken With Grapes Recipe

   Dust chicken breasts in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.

   Heat 1/2 c. butter in skillet and brown the chicken on all sides.

   Arrange the browned chicken in a single layer in a large baking pan.

   Add in the diced onions to skillet drippings and cook till soft.

   Add in cooking wine and chicken broth.

   Heat and pour over the chicken.

   Bake, covered, in 375 degree oven for 40 min.

   Meanwhile, saute/fry the mushrooms in 4 Tbsp.

    When the chicken has cooked for 35 min, add in mushrooms and grapes and continue baking 10 min more.
