Breakfast Pie

   Heat oven to 400u00b0.

   Spray pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.

   Cook and stir sausage and onion in skillet, until sausage is brown.

   Drain.

   Spread in a pie plate.

   In a mixing bowl, beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper on high for 1 minute.

   Pour into pie plate over top of sausage.

   Bake 25 minutes.

   Top with grated cheese.

    Bake until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and cheese is melted (about 5 minutes).
