8 5/8 cups bread
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1 1/8 cups cocoa powder
1/4 cup pine nuts
1/4 cup golden raisins soaked in rum
10 amaretti biscuits crushed
ground cinnamon
powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius.

Soak the bread in the milk for 2 to 3 hours and mash into a pulp.

Add the eggs, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, pine nuts, raisins, biscuits, and a pinch of cinnamon. Mix well until smooth. If mixture appears too dry, add a little milk.

Pour into a greased springform pan.
