Bread Pudding

   Beat margarine, sugar and cinnamon on medium speed for about 1 minute.

   Slowly add the eggs and hot milk.

   Fold in the bread cubes and raisins and turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 3-inch glass baking dish.

   Bake in a 350u00b0 oven for about 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is light brown and the center is moist but not runny.

   Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
