Preheat oven to 350F.

Cut hole in top of bread and carefully hollow it out to the edges, leaving a bowl.

Reserve large chunks of removed bread.

In a medium bowl, combine cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, ham, green pepper, green chiles, and Worcestershire sauce.

Spoon mixture into bread bowl.

Replace the top lid of the bread, wrap tightly in foil and place on a medium cookie sheet.

Bake in the oven for 60-70 minutes.

Tear reserved bread into nice large pieces and cut the loaf of French bread in thick slices and then each slice into fourths.
