Bread Cookies Recipe

   Beat egg yolk, cheese and vanilla together.

   Flatten each piece of bread with rolling pin.

   Spread cheese mix on each piece of bread and roll up like jelly roll and cut in half.

   Mix sugar and cinnamon.

   Heat 1 stick butter.

   Dip bread rolls in butter, then in sugar mix.

   Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 min till light brown.
