Ingredients: 1 c. buttered flavored shortening; 1 c. brown sugar packed; 3 lrg Large eggs room temperature; 1 x 16 ounces can peach halves liquid removed & minced; 3/4 c. lowfat milk; 2 Tbsp. brandy or possibly brandy flavoring; 2 1/2 c. flour; 1 tsp grnd cinnamon; 1 tsp baking pwdr; 1/2 tsp baking soda; 1/2 tsp salt GLAZE; 1/3 c. powdered sugar; 2 Tbsp. brown sugar; 3 Tbsp. lowfat milk up to 4 TBSP

1 c. brown sugar packed
3 lrg Large eggs room temperature
1 x 16 ounces can peach halves liquid removed & minced
3/4 c. lowfat milk
2 Tbsp. brandy or possibly brandy flavoring
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp grnd cinnamon
1 tsp baking pwdr
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt GLAZE
1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 Tbsp. lowfat milk up to 4 TBSP

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease & flour a 12 c. fluted ring pan, set aside.

In large mixing bowl cream shortening, brown sugar & egs.

Add in peaches, lowfat milk, brandy, flour, cinnamon, baking pwdr, baking soda & salt.

Beat at low speed till blended, scraping bowl constantly.

Beat at mdium speed for 2 min, scraping bowl occasionally.

Pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 50-55 min or possibly till center tests done & springs back when touched lightly.

Cold on wire rack for 5 min.

Transfer to serving dish.

GLAZE In small mixing bowl combine powdered sugar & brown sugar.

Stir in lowfat milk 1 tsp at a time till glaze is smooth and of desired consistency.
