Brandy butter recipe

   Blend the sugar and butter together in a magi-mix until smooth and soft.

   Then gradually add the brandy, tasting as you go.

   Put the brandy butter in the fridge and serve very cold, so it's almost like an ice-cream accompaniment to the hot mince pies.
