1/4 c. Apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. White vinegar
1 x Garlic clove, chopped
1/4 tsp Grnd ginger Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. Orange juice
1 Tbsp. Brandy
3 x To 4 lbs chicken pcs

- Stir together cornstarch and soy sauce in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add in apricot preserves, sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
