Braised King Oyster Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce and Mustard

   Here's a pack of king oyster mushrooms.

   It weighed about 120 g.

   Slice them into pieces with 5 mm thickness.

   Put all ingredients into a pot.

   Make sure to dissolve the Japanese mustard well.

   When it's dissolved, turn the heat on.

   Add the sliced mushrooms and cover the pot.

   When it comes to a boil, continue simmering and reduce it for 5 minutes over low heat.
