Braised Beef Brisket with Red Wine Sauce

   Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add meat; cook 5 min.

   Transfer meat to roasting pan.

   Surround with vegetables.

   Mix water, wine and barbecue sauce.

   Pour over meat; cover with lid or foil.

   Bake 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is done (160 degrees F).

   Let stand, covered, 10 min.

    Put vegetables into blender with slotted spoon; blend until smooth.

    Add 1 cup of the braising liquid; blend well.

    Cut meat across the grain into thin slices.

    Serve topped with the sauce.
