1 Tbsp. cornflour

Peel, core and slice the apples into a pie dish, add in the boysenberries and sprinkle with sugar.

To make sponge:Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

Add in Large eggs one at a time, adding a little flour with the second egg.

Bake in a moderate warm oven 190C/375F for 30 to 40 min.
