Ingredients: 6 Pieces of Bacon; 1 Box Bowtie Noodles; 28 oz can of Crushed Tomatoes; 14 oz can of Diced Tomatoes; Heavy Whipping Cream; Sugar; Salt; Pepper; Crushed Red Pepper; Parsley

1.Fry 6 pieces of bacon.

2.Remove bacon from pan, cool & crush into small pieces.

3.Heat 4 cups of water to boiling and add bowtie noodles.

4.Boil bowties 10mins. (Drain & Rinse)

5.Add 28oz can of Crushed Tomatoes, 14oz can Diced Tomatoes and prepared bowties into Pan w/ bacon grease.

6.Stir well and allow to simmer.

7.Add 2 tbsp sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

8.Add a 1/2 tsp or so of crushed red pepper. (A little goes a long way)

9.Add 1/2 container of heavy whipping cream.

10.Add crushed bacon and mix well.

11.Remove from stovetop and sprinkle with parsley.

Tip: Placing bacon in ziplock bag makes crushing very easy and it won't make a mess.
