Package) Sliced Mushrooms; 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped; 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil; 2 cups Heavy Cream; 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil; 1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper; 1/2 teaspoons Salt; 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder; 1/4 teaspoons Ground White Pepper; 1 dash Ground Black Pepper

3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Diced
2- 1/2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning, Divided
1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
1 whole Orange Bell Pepper, Sliced
2 packages (5 Oz. Package) Sliced Mushrooms
4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
2 cups Heavy Cream
1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
1/2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
1/2 teaspoons Salt
1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoons Ground White Pepper
1 dash Ground Black Pepper

Place diced chicken breasts and 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning into a large Ziploc bag and shake to coat.

(For best flavor, marinate for at least 30 minutes.)

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the chicken in olive oil until thoroughly cooked.

Add the bell peppers, mushrooms and green onions.

Saute and stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender yet still slightly crisp.

Reduce heat and add the cream, basil, lemon pepper, salt, garlic powder, white and black peppers and 1/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning.

Bring to a low boil, reduce heat to low and simmer.

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil and add pasta.

Cook according to package directions or until al dente.

Drain and return to pot.

Add chicken and cream mixture and toss to coat.
