1 pound red candied cherries
1 pound green candied cherries
1 pound candied pineapple
1 pound pecans
1 (15 ounce.) pkg. golden brown raisins
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cloves
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
4 Large eggs
1/2 c. bourbon
3 tbsp. lowfat milk

Cut cherries, pineapple and pecans into small pcs.

Combine with 1/2 c. flour, toss to coat well.

Set aside.

Combine remaining flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves; set aside.

Cream butter and sugar till fluffy.

Add in Large eggs, beat well.

Stir into fruit mix.
