1/2 cups Onion, finely chopped
2- 1/2 Tablespoons Butter
1 whole Pork Tenderloin (weight Varies)
1/2 cups Ketchup
1/4 cups Cider Vinegar
1/4 cups Bourbon (Jack Daniel's Whiskey)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoons Dry Ground Mustard

In a covered saucepan, saute onion in butter for 5 minutes.

Slice pork tenderloin into 1 inch slices.

Add slices to saucepan, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients and add to the saucepan.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook for 1 to 1-1/2 hours or until the pork is very tender.

Remove from heat and break up the pork pieces into small shreds using 2 forks.
