Bounty Pie Recipe

   Combine soup mix, grnd beef, bread crumbs, lowfat sour cream, egg and thyme in large bowl.

   Sprinkle flour into 9 inch pie pan.

   Press grnd beef mix onto bottom and up side of pan, shaping edge 3/4 inch above pan and forming a center well.

   Bake in preheated 350F oven 40 minutesl; drain.

   Layer 3/4 c. of the cheese, the vegetables and then remaining 3/4 c. cheese on meat mix.

   Bake 10 min more or possibly till cheese is melted.
