1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. water
1 large onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes

Brown steaks on both sides in hot oil in a large skillet; transfer to a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
