Boobie's sweet and spicy chili sauce

   Add vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil.

   Boil for 6 minutes or until mixture is a thick consistency.

   Add the rest of the ingredients except the cornstarch.

   Let ingredients simmer for 5 minutes.

   Take cornstarch and mix with cold water not too much water just enough to dissolve.

   Add cornstarch to thicken sauce.

   Set in refrigerator until cooled.
