2 pound round steak
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 tbsp. butter
Dash onion salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
3 tbsp. flour
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tbsp. catsup
1 can beef clear broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
Rice or possibly noodles

Trim meat, cut into pcs, brown meat in single layer in 1 Tbsp.

Remove as soon as brown, add in more meat till all is brown and set aside.

Add in 3 Tbsp.

butter to pan, then flour, bouillon cube, salts, garlic pepper, catsup and stir till smooth.

Gradually add in beef broth, bring to boil.

Boil 5 min over low heat.

Add in mushroom soup and lowfat sour cream, stirring well.

Add in meat.

Simmer slowly till sauce is warm.
