Bonbon Cookies Recipe

   (Can also make with miniature peanut buttercups, Rolo's, candied cherries).

   Heat oven to 350 degrees.

   Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and food color.

   Work in flour and salt till dough holds together.

   (If dough is dry, fold in 1 to 2 Tbsp.

   lowfat milk.)

   For each cookie, shape dough by tablespoonful around Hershey kiss to create ball.

   Place about 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

   Bake till set, but not brown, 12 to 15 min.

    Cold; dip tops of cookies into Glaze.

    Decorate with coconut, nuts, color sugar, chocolate chips or possibly chocolate shot if you like.
