Chop the boiling chicken in small pcs, wash it well and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Place the meat, the oil, the bay leaf, the minced onion and the grains of pepper in a large pan.

Heat on a medium flame.

When the meat is browned, add in the wine and heat till it is reduced.

Cover with warm water and leave to cook.
