1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
8 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled and seeded
1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro

Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.

Add onion and garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add crumbles, tomatoes, corn, bay leaf, cumin and black pepper; mix well.

Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove bay leaf; discard.

Stir in 3/4 cup of the cheese.

Remove from heat.

Fill each chile with 3/4 cup of the crumbles mixture.

Place, filled sides up, in single layer in greased shallow baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
