1 poblano chile, roasted, peeled and seeded
1 Tbsp. choppedfresh cilantro
1/2 cup hot cooked rice

Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.

Add onion and garlic (minced); cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add ground burger, tomatoes, corn, cumin and black pepper; mix well.

Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in 1/2 ounce of the cheese.
