Preheat oven to 400u00b0F.

Mix dry ingredients together (flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon nutmeg). Pour in wet ingredients and lightly stir a few times, just until mixed. Add blueberries and very lightly mix.

Fill muffin tin with liners, or grease a muffin tin if you don't have liners. Fill each liner 3/4 full. Add additional blueberries if desired.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

1. Be very careful not to over-mix the batter! Mix as little as possible, even if you think it's not enough. Muffins will come out doughy and undercooked if mixed too much.

2. I like to add in extra blueberries to each muffin after I fill the muffin tins.
