Lowfat milk

Nutmeg
1 c. blueberries
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
Salt
Cinnamon
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 c. whole fresh blueberries
