Blueberry Crunch Cookies

   Melt butter, add sugar, then vanilla, salt, baking soda; eggs, flour, dried blueberries, and ground oatmeal.

   From into balls, flatten on cookie sheet. I often bake only one tray at a time, freeze the rest (already formed into cookies) to have easy, quick, and always fresh from the oven cookies.

   Bake at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
