Blue raspberry Chipotle bbq sauce

   rough dice onion and saute in olive oil over medium heat in 6-8 quart pot.

   combine all other ingredients except cumin and oregano into a mixing bowl.

   once onion has caramelized add cumin and oregano allowing it to toast for about 30 seconds

   add all ingrients into pot and bring to a boil.

   reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

   let cool for 20 minutes and carefully blend well in blender with a towel over over the top instead of the lid.

   make sure to not fill blender more yhan a third of the way.

   can be used on anything you want.

   my favorite is using it on pulled pork,chicken.
