1 c. cheese crackers, crushed to dust
16 ounce. cream cheese, softened
4 ounce. blue cheese
3 Large eggs
1/4 c. flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 c. med. salsa
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. green onions, minced
1/2 c. walnuts, minced

Butter an 8 inch springform pan and sprinkle bottom and sides with the cracker dust.

Blend the cheeses, Large eggs, flour, salt, lowfat sour cream and salsa.

Mix in onions; pour mix into pan and sprinkle with walnuts.

Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour.

Cold and refrigerateovernight.

Garnish with parsley and/or possibly other garnishes.
