Blue Cheese Bacon Dip

   Cook bacon until crispy and just before it is done, add the garlic and cook, but do not brown the garlic.

   Drain the bacon and garlic.

   Beat the cream cheese until smooth and add half-and-half until combined.

   Stir in the bacon and garlic, crumbled blue cheese, and chives.

   Divide into 2 baking dishes.

   Bake at 350F for 15 minutes until brown and bubbling.

   Sprinkle with walnuts and serve hot with crackers, bread, pita, etc.
