Green onion, sliced

2 1/2 c. Chopped onion
2 c. Chopped celery
1 1/4 c. Peeled, seeded and chopped Cucumber
8 lrg Cloves fresh garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine

1 1/2 c. Lemon juice
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 c. Green onion, sliced

Saute/fry onion, celery, cucumber and garlic in butter till soft.

Add in tomato juice, lemon juice, sugar, Tabasco and Worcestershire; simmer 7 to 8 min.
