   1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9 baking pan.

   2. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl; set aside.

   3. In a mixing bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until creamy.

   4. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until well mixed and smooth.

   5. Stir in flour mixture until just mixed.
